About
Founded in 1987, we are the official band of the City of Walnut Creek, California. The City Council selected us to promote community identity and enrich civic pride. We are dedicated to excellence in performance, artistic development and patriotic service in the American tradition of the concert band.
Repertoire
We present a mix of formal concerts and music for various civic and patriotic functions. Additionally, we educate the public in a wide variety of concert music and establish an environment for musicians to maintain and improve their skills.
Our repertoire spans the entire rich spectrum of wind band music from Gershwin and Copland to Sinatra and Sousa. We perform at the Lesher Center for the Arts, Civic Park, and Rossmoor—all in Walnut Creek.
